Ascomp Inc. was established in june 2004. The company has been promoted by , managing Partner, Managing Partners, Mr. S.K. Gambhir & Mr. Vinod Sharma.

We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as a leading Trading company dealing in Electronic Components & Soldering Tools. Through our agency and trading activities we offer complete solution in terms of Electronic Components, Soldering Tools, Spare Parts, Soldering Material for the ever-growing needs of Indian Electronic Industry.

We are representing various reputed overseas companies from Far East Countries for their quality range of products. We are specialzed in mainly Active & Passive Components and complete range of Thru-hole / SMD Soldering Tools.

BACKGROUND OF MANAGING PARTNERS
Mr. S.K. Gambhir is an Electronics Engineer, having more than 20 years experience in the Sales & Marketing of various types of Electronic Products. He had worked with various companies such as Escorts Ltd., ITPL, Mekster Telematics Ltd., Elcaps Capacitors Ltd. in their international Trading Division. In his last assignment as Vice President, for about 4 years, where he had started the Agencies & Trading Division in the Area of Electronic Components & Soldering Tools & he also have excellent contacts with the foreign suppliers in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan & Korea etc.

Mr. Vinod Sharma, B.Com, graduate with M.B.A., is also having more than 20 years experience in Sales & Marketing. he has worked with various National & Multinational Companies. he had been working as distributor for various companies such as M/s Ranbaxy, M/s Dr. Morpen, M/s Heinz and M/s Dr. Smile.

Generate Enquiries :

By explaining the products of our Principals through personnel visits. By publishing products of our Principals in magazines under “New Products” heading .

Offer Solutions :
We participate in tenders and have meeting with the customers to discuss their applications and offer complete solution for their consumers requirements .

Product Selection:

Help the customer to select the most suitable model.
Finalize the order and collect it.

Order Selection :

Send the order over fax or through courier to our Principals and request them to release the order confirmation / Proforma Invoice.

Letter of Credit or T/T:
Send order confirmation of our Principals to the customer and request them to establish the Letter of Credit and forward the Letter of Credit details to Principals. ( In case customer wants to import directly through us)

Shipment details:

Request principals to inform us shipment details and we convey the same to customers and all the same time suggest customer to arrange consumables if required for installation.
